My complaint:
I sold a music mixer on OfferUp and the customer pay through cashapp, they put my money on HOLD and requested the sender ( customer) to send $200 more in form of gift cards from eBay. Once I did that and gotten the money on the gift card and sent it to them now they started that both gift cards are not working and requested another form (Amazon) gift cards with the same amount to be sent to them. Once they received that money they will release the funds that customer sent me. After, I sent the Amazon gift cards that me and the customer bought to finish the transaction cashapp stated that one of the gift cards was not working and requested another gift card of $100 to be sent to them. I email them for a refund my money and the customer money and they don’t want to refund. I demand for cashapp to refund me my $300 that I have spent and refund the customer money of $320, we work hard for our money for someone to come and mess it up.
