My complaint:
I’m only 15 years old so I just received a card and didn’t fully understand othering online and such , I saw a on cloud website ( was the first on to pop up) and it was a big sale like 50% off, me assuming it was because on cloud was coming out with new shoes I showed my mother who had ordered from on cloud before and asked if I could purchase them for new back to School shoes, she checked it out and it looked exactly the same , but then I went to take it and it had no updated , saying my order didn’t exist, even though I copy pasted my order number , then 30 minutes later I get a notification saying someone attempted to spend 224 dollars at Walmart.com , so they took my card info , I contacted Cash App immediately and repeated the same thing over and over again until they final said I’d be referred to a specialist and it took them 4 days to send me this ( photo attached below) , I honestly am flabbergasted, they barely listened to what I had to say and kept telling me to contact the merchant, SPOILER ALERT you can’t when it’s a phony website
Suggested solution:
Tell Cash app to listen to me and give me my money back , I need school shoes and we don’t have the money for them , it would be helpful
