Complaint: Won’t accept my ID and requires me to scan it to access my money

My complaint:

I have received 120 dollars on my account but Cashapp asks me to verify my Id in order to accept the money however I can send it without any problem. When I tried to scan my Green card it would not accept the back of it and so I have been unable to access MY money that was sent to ME! I tried calling them, no response, I filed two written support requests and no reply. This is unacceptable and I will definitely stop using this app once I find a way to get my money. I’m beyond upset.

Suggested solution:

They should change their settings and let me have my money! They should realize their scan software doesn’t work on green cards and also I have to use my finger print to open my cashapp so it’s clearly me !! This is so frustrating!!!!
