My complaint:

Accidentally charges were reported as unauthorized on my account. It led to my husband’s PayPal account being suspended and him being banned from the game the charges were reported on. We’ve spent thousands on this game. Cashapp took 4 days to understand that I wanted the dispute closed. Now they’re saying it has been cancelled but they will not inform PayPal of it. One call to PayPal and my husband’s account was reactivated. The game company and PayPal both say they cannot do anything about it until cashapp closes the dispute
