My complaint:
I submitted application for cash app’s debit card, few days later I received a notification that my card shipped. 10 days have passed and still no card was delivered. The customer service on the app is terrible, and there’s nobody to call and speak to. Wtf why do I need to report the card that never showed as missing just to start the process over again and hope this one shows up. Where is my card?!
Suggested solution:
Overnight the new card instead of going through this waiting game again. 10 days with no tracking info or update on the app other than “shipped 10 days ago” no kidding so where is it?!
