My complaint:
I filed a dispute on all of my transactions I do not have any knowledge of and was declined. I never received card in question (6025) and I stated that in my complaints
My card ending in 6025 was permanently cancelled and I was sent a new one. That is in my possession now.
I completed every question they asked but was still denied
Suggested solution:
They should have dispute my transactions since they cancelled card ending in 6025 and sent me a new one
