My complaint:
I do not have a cash app account or know anyone with one. There are two unauthorized cash app transactions on my account that were posted on May 1st and May 2nd for purchases to businesses of which I am not a customer. Each charge is for $50 – one for Cash App: Roderick Gold and the other for ChickFila One. Both of these transactions hace California addresses. I am livid because I do not have accounts with or do businesses with these places. i am on a fixed income and this has caused two of my bills to go unpaid.
Suggested solution:
I want my money returned and I want the individual who accessed my account to be prosecuted or punished in whatever manner your company handles fraud.
