My complaint:
Irs posted my stimulus payment on the 30th of april 2020 and it was sent on time. However, it has not yet posted on my cash app and it has been past the 5 business days. I am in need of the funds for me and my children and i would like to file a formal complaint on cash app for failing to produce safe transactions during this pandemic if my funds are not received in timely fashion. Thus is highly unacceptable and they cannot continue to treat customers with such disregard to resolve these incidences properly.
Suggested solution:
I am demanding my stimulus payment that the irs already has receipt stating the money is in the account provided by cash app as april 30 2020
