My complaint:
I submitted my information for verification and it shows that I will be verified within 24 hrs. That we on 122021. On 132021 I bought bitcoin so that I can sell it to pay my bills and since then I have been unable to withdraw or sell I called cash support and I was told it’s in process and it’s igs more than 48hrs . I think it’s unfair to debited my account yet I don’t have access to what what I paid for.
