My complaint:
On 1421, I mistakenly sent $80 to the wrong cashtag, by one digit, at the end. I immediately requested a refund, and contact Cash App. The rep at Cash App said, They cannot help me retrieve my funds. The person who I mistakenly sent it to, has not touched it, so, it’s just sitting in their cash app account.
I believe they can reverse the transaction, but they won’t.

I need help getting my money back
Suggested solution:
Reverse the transaction back into my account. My funds are just sitting in that account.
