My complaint:
I was originally trying to reach out verbally to someone from cash app support to help me dispute unauthorized lyft transactions I did not make and I guess the number I found happened to be a scam number. I called to get assistance and they made me download an app called quick support where they can be in my phone to better assist me. They needed many different types of verifications and me just wanting money I needed badly back, I obliged. I talked to a different person literally every single time and I’ve been going through this since yesterday. They made me wait 24 hours for the refund (I never gotten) and even an explanation as to why. I go through the SAME EXACT thing today and I’ve gotten nowhere. I now have proof that they said they would send it to me and in a certain amount of time and still nothing. I have screenshots and all. I’m just very highly furious and upset because I have a family to feed and support and I needed that money. All in all, $248 have been taken from me. I even settled for 200 and STILL received nothing. Never dealing with cash app again and I’ve already switched my direct deposit
