My complaint:
On May 28th I authorized a payment in the amount of $155.00. The transaction somehow showed on my cash app timeline twice. The $155.oo cane out of my bank account twice. I have reached out to Cash app support. I have sent several emails along with a snapshot of my Cash app timeline and bank account showing the duplicate transaction. I have also sent a snapshot of the recipient’s timeline showing where the payment was only received once. I have tried to dispute it with my bank and they say that cash app received the payment and that they have to be one to issue the refund. At this point i just want my money back. I am tired of going back and forth with them. I need to know how i could file a claim or take some sort of action against cash app.
Suggested solution:
They should return my $155 dollars.
