My complaint:
I have Switch to my direct deposit to cash app because of the advertisement saying it would be 2 days early and so forth, my deposit was released on the 2nd and I have been trying to reach someone from cash shop for almost a week now trying to resolve the enable direct deposit issue that does not appear on my cash app however I finally received an email back the correspondence basically went like this… I totally understand your concern and we did not want this to be your experience however you probably won’t receive your funds until the 9th! I’m just an email away that was from a person named grace I have emailed repeatedly hello hello hello with One simple question and that was did my direct deposit reach my account did you or did you not receive my direct deposit??? I have yet to even get a response! It is absolutely absurd I’m receiving my check 2 weeks after I normally would have and nobody can even give me an answer if my check was deposited even though I sent them documentation stating from the government that they set my check on the 2nd! Not even response after that 🙁 that is all the money I received in a month due to an anxiety disorder and I’m on disability for I have no money to pay my bills and no answers to know if my money has been received I showed documentation proving that they had the right account routing number account number and that also when it was deposited I have read online that cash app will hold your payments that are directly deposited due to them getting to earn interest on your check if this is the case that is outrageous and people need to know it!
Suggested solution:
Let me know that my Direct deposit was received and then release that to me!
