My complaint:
on Thursdays April 28th my account was locked, for selling all my stocks at one time, today is May 12th and I still cannot access my account i have No access to my money, they said i needed to verify my identity but the way they told me to do it was not possible so I emailed them many times even sending pictures of myself Holding my Drivers License and my Cash App debit card to prove my identity, not they say it will be 45 days???
Suggested solution:
I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT UNLOCKED I NEED ACCESS TO MY MONEY PLEASE
