My complaint:

I cashed out the $595 on March18th,which should have been deposited back to my bank they pulled the $600 transfer from. I did not see a refund, I contacted cash app via support email the only way you can get ahold of them. I recieved a response from *** stating it could take up to 5 business days and if i had any further issue contact him direct. My funds never came but inside their app it shows complete to an invalid 492 unknown to me
I reached out to the email.from **** automatically recieved a response that they closed my case because it had been more than 2 days since they heard from me
So I them went into the app and started the missing cash out support ticket all over again. Once I sent i recieved an email tinstantly that my case was closed for the same reason as above. I have sent at minimum 20 emails trying to resolve the issue and I couldn’t continue recieving the automatic email that my case is closed. No one from cash app will reapond i have even told them I was going to file a business complaint for the theft of my $595 and advise everyone I know their app is a scam. I am going to my bank Monday to see about filling a fraud charge on their $600 withdrawal on May 17th to see of they can help me recover my funds, next step will be an attorney! $595 is a lot of money and I will not be stolen from by.any company or anyone for that matter. This is effecting me being able to pay bills to support my family. I am beyond upset at this point.

Suggested solution:

they should return my funds that are owed back to me. I will add attachment below i have so many automatically responded emails that state the same thing.
