My complaint:

I’ve diligently been trying to reach out to Cash app for the past 7 months concerning my stock. I have tons of correspondence between us where they constantly lie about reaching out to me to resolve this issue but have yet to. My account was closed to fraud that wasn’t on my end I’ve been wanting to know how to go about getting my stock out or money back but these ppl won’t tell me anything. They’ll send automated irrelevant replies or if someone REAL finally responds they’ll pretend they’ll get back to me but NEVER do. This is ridiculous for these ppl to be making ALL of this money scamming ppl but don’t have live reps or a number to actually speak with someone or to really try to help remedy the problem. I’m the single parent of a special needs son these ppl are taking out our mouths.

Suggested solution:

Give me my money back or let me know how to proceed with getting my money back. They should pay for the way they’re treating ppl taking their hard earned money.
