My complaint:
On September 19, I added $100 to my account and it showed as the balance in my account. I checked my balance on the morning of September 20 and it was still there. Checking later in that day I the balance had been reduced to $0 and also that the information for my checking account and debit card had been erased. I find no record of the reduction on CashApp when I check activity. So where did the money go? I have sent a message to them but have received no reply. Since one cannot speak to someone directly at CashApp, it is poor customer service.
Suggested solution:
CashApp should restore the $100 to my account or provide me with information as to where it went.
