My complaint:
I had 498.00 taken out of my account and I did not authorize this transaction. I have contacted Cash App concerning my refund and have not heard anything back or receive my refund yet.
Suggested solution:
I would like for cash app to refund the total amount of 498.00 to my account and provide some kind of incentive to compensate my lost of time and money.
