My complaint:
I was supposed to purchase a 03 Cadillac for 1000 I was going meet up with her but I had a appointment I forgot about so I ask could I send her half until I met up with her in a couple hours she said yes so I sent her the 500 and told her to let me know when she got,she didn’t message me to let me know so messaged her to tell her I was on my way and it said she received the money well first she said she see it she was waiting for it to finalize so I ask for the address again but no response then she answers it’s not there is tis a scam.i told her that made no sense and insisted that the money was sent she then says it wasn’t her who I sent the money to.so here I am
Suggested solution:
I need a ation that I sent money and where and who received it.my app has all the information
You got played.
If you paid the con via your Cash Balance within the app, you can kiss that $500 goodbye.
If you paid via a linked debit card your Cash App account, then contact your bank for a chargeback…
Don’t use Cash App with people you don’t personally know. That’s the way to avoiding scams.
