My complaint:
someone sent me money as they have done before. you put it onto a cash card I NEVER REQUESTED. THEN YOU DELAYED DEPOSIT FOR DAYS, Now I have to go borrow the money because your app did a stupid
Suggested solution:
I want my money NOW so I can use it NOW, because it should have gone directly into my bank instead of your stupid cash card I didn't authorize.
