My complaint:
I’ve been using cash app to gamble legally online for about a year 17,000 in transactions later out of the blue with my direct deposit for my job hits my account they close my account send my paycheck back the funds the $768 that I had in my account I can no longer access but they let me sell my Bitcoin my $50 worth of bitcoin they let me sell that but that’s it no answer no nothing no call backs I’ve left new numerous call back request I’ve been nice to their people they’re advocates online but you get no help from them they’re absolutely worthless I cussed out so many of these worthless advocates that don’t advocate anything so many times it’s not funny I am fed up with cash app I will never trust a company like this ever again and I wish somebody would make them pay but they basically stole $1,000 from me and there’s nothing I can do about it.
Suggested solution:
By allowing me to use my cash app card one last time to withdraw all the funds off of my account then close it but don't hold all of my money tell me to go buy another debit card or go open up another bank account when you have all my money for me to do some for me to do so that's wrong they basically stole My money and I did nothing wrong and if they're so against gambling then why is it that I was even able to gamble with with their site with their application using the Bitcoin at at a legitimate online casino and and and and have 16 17,000 worth of transactions almost a whole year later and then they finally decide oh it's the terms of service that was violated I don't understand that I never committed no crime I work hard for my money it's my money I should be able to do what I want with it cash up you are wrong and I want my money and then I never want anything to do with your company ever again
