My complaint:

Began November4, 2022 when Rose Royal sent me $300and it was intercepted by someone posing as customer service for Cash App. After constantly repeated efforts. There has been a lapse in time pursuing the $300 I am owed due to getting tire at 75 years old pursuing and pursuing the money I am owed and was resolved and agreed by you specialist Dwayne from Cash App investigation task force. also, since the lapse of in my constant effort I just was informed that my daughter has third stage breast cancer. I really more than ever need my $300 for medical supplies not covered by her medical.This issue clearly and honestly should have been resolved after Cash App Specialist verified that my $300 was truly taken in a fraud situation.

Suggested solution:

Please return to me $300. I no longer wish to have transactions with Cash App after this money is returned. I do have a new Cash App card but I am reluntant to use it because of such a bad experience.
