My complaint:
I downloaded cash app to have a secure way to sell my old phone. I was selling it for $450. I got an email ation from cash app ing payment from buyer and then an email stating the payment would be released once tracking information was verified. So phone was sent and no payment was completed.
Suggested solution:
They havent done anything i have all correspondence from cash app support and buyer to provide once contacted.
