HOSHI SUSHI IN STONYBROOK LOMG ISLAND STOLE MY CARD NUMBERS AND CASH APPED A FRIEND 300, THEY TRIED TO TAKE MORE BUT I CANCELED MY DEBIT CARD
CHASE WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY

Chase didn’t refund you because you’re not making sense. How were you able to see them ‘Cash App’ their friend? That transaction would have only been visible on their side. They can’t steal your card numbers. However, if you don’t have a Cash PIN set up, then they can definitely charge your Cash App account with all your linked debit cards.
