My complaint:
Cash app stole 125$ of my money, I woke up feb 25th to 125$ missing and it went to a new Albany New York DMV?! They told me over email since disgustingly that’s all they have to offer for their bullshit customer service to contact the dmv and they’d resolve. I did all they asked, and the only fuckin email I get back from cash app is we can’t help you , or please provide this and this and the name of the merchant, reason for contacting. They downright stole 125$ .. I even contacted the FBI, my general state attorney, and I’m giving this ONE MORE DAY to make it right or you will regret ever messing with my money and myself. I highly advise anyone to stray FAR AWAY FROM CASH APP. They’re crooked ass people and thieves and don’t give two shits about how you feel or their service. You’re under federal investigation guys. Hope it was worth it
Suggested solution:
Either give my money back to my account , or be shut down because I have proof of each name, statement your “customer service” people have replied with and it’s all bullshit . It’s all 15$ and 7$ charges and UNDER YOUR LEGAL AGREEMENT YOU STATE “ CONTACT CASH APP TO DISPUTE CHARGES UNAUTHORIZED AND WELL GET THEM BACK TO YOU.” OBVI A LIE
This just happen to me and they said within minutes that the transaction wasnt fraud. Not even long enough to investigate. They got me for 170 and cashapp says they are not refunding my account is secure when with in sec that i recived money someone took it i am willing to team up to make them stop stealing from people
