My complaint:
Someon bought a phone from me on Facebook marketplace on 272020, for $570, and he paid me with cash app. After buying my phone, he then turned around and file an unauthorized payment with cash cashapp, as if the money he send to me for the phone was not intended for me. Cashapp refunded his $570, So basically keeping my phone and the $570 he paid for my phone. I still have all the communication proof including pictures. My bank SECU, tired to get my money back, but cashapp denied the claim . I have all email communication including the pictures othis email .

They should refund my money back, my bank SECU tried to get my money back but cashapp denied their request
