Cash App complaint: Cash app support has zero respect for its costumers

My complaint:

I thought I had won a giveaway but I ended up having $100 taken from me. I reported the transaction as fraudulent and phishing right away after I was unable to cancel my transaction and was blocked by the scammer. After sending several emails without reply from any customer service I reached out on social media where they’re giving hundred of dollars to random strangers, just to be left on read. Eventually I am emailed back and am told there is nothing they can do, answer non of my questions, do not tell me they’re looking into it further, and tell me I have to request a refund… from someone I told them blocked me. Then I send a few more emails to try to get answers and provide proof of the fraud and after waiting and waiting finally, the same exact chain mail. What is the point of their support team at all if they won’t make sure their costumers money is safe and taking any action whatsoever to stop fraud but saying “Cash App will investigate and take action if needed” on their “recognize and report scams” page is a complete lie and a total scam itself. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable

Suggested solution:

Refund my money and probably get a real support team. I’d like an apology from them as well for all the hell they’ve put me through adding insult to injury but I doubt that will happen because their support team is just automated replies and entire lack of support.
