My complaint:

I sent money to my grandson. He never used it and sent it back to me. Instead of them sending it back to me they kept the money and won’t give it back. We have asked them several times to investigate and they say they are working on it but then nothing is resolved. I have had several different agents from there company get in touch with me and each time they say they are taking over the case Its been 3 weeks.
