My complaint:
There is an account on Cashapp that has scammer myself and numerous other individuals, THAT IM AWARE OF. Even though this account has been reported to Cashapp several times, Cashapp has taken absolutely no measures to refund the money lost, or even disable the account scamming people.Cashapp has such a large number of scammers because they enact ZERO security measures to stop it.
Suggested solution:
The company should resolve the issue by offering myself and everyone else who was scammed by this individual a refund, and the account should be deactivated immediately.
