My complaint:
Today my complaint is dealing with a merchant buying a phone though cash app and the phone never came to my address then I filled a dispute with my bank but they ended up turning my case down cause I supposedly authorized the payment for it to go though but yet you have to do that anyways to get your item shipped to you sooo I’m at lost with wondering how imma get my money back considering my bank turned me down but yet it was a theft since I can’t get the merchant to respond or even send my money back and no way to even get on the phone with cash app person to talk to but I sent out 350 for the phone and still haven’t received it back and this was about a month or so ago
Suggested solution:
I’d like to have my money back if possible cause I’m at loss with this stupid service cash app has and with my bank not being able to help... Annndd I have moree photos as prof if needed
