My complaint:
Your app was used to scam us out of 1100.00 to rent a house. We find out that not only does this person not own the home but is using falsified legal documents and falsifying the names on those documents. He is using your app to scam people out of a lot of money. Once he received our funds we were supposed to get the keys and he has cut off all communication. That was when we started researching and found out he wasn’t even the owner of the house. I was told by my bank that there is nothing they can do.
Suggested solution:
I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You need to find out who the person is and they need to be prosecuted for using your app to scam people.
