My complaint:

I called to have a cash app representative help me to change my password, but the number I reached was 206-415-8223. They literally kept me on the phone from 10 am until 3pm giving me different steps to complete. One of the steps that Alex had me do was to stop a pending deposit that I had going to the business account because according to him they couldn’t fix my issue with the pending deposit, so he had me remove my bank account and he had me add a catch all cash app wallet. He had me take the money from the deposit and instant deposit it to this cash app walllet next thing you know, the business was out of $1514.00 then when I tried to get the money back they connected me with a Joe Martin who proceded to have me download a bitcoin app (since cash app has a bit coin feature) telling me that he could use that to refund our money and then $1268 later I had a bitcoin account that I don’t evern understand. Oh and by the way I never did get my password changed…. They even had me try to make a dummy account to send more money to.

They have stolen $1514 from our business account and we would like that money put back into our cash app account. We would also like the money $1268 that they've taken from us through a bitcoin account that they had us create. The credit card number (cash app wallet ) they used to take the $1514 was a MasterCard card 5104040001689736 exp 1123.
