My complaint:
I sent monies to purchase an item from Moonxcosmetics, a company I follow on Instagram. I dm’d the company and they tech out to me via telephone to answer a product question I had. I sent $125 to them total to purchase items bland have the screen shots and phone number they called from. Long story short they stole my money, I have ZERO products and CASHAPP doesn’t offer any solution to dispute this or refund monies. I also reached out to my bank who unfortunately couldn’t refund my money!
Suggested solution:
Investigate the username that I paid my monies to on their app and refund my money as I never received anything!
