My complaint:
I was completely scammed out of my money and cash app can see that the cash tag name is a scam and they refuse to resolve it. They can see I’ve requested a refund and they aren’t helping. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank and I’ve told them i never got my merchandise for the money. I’ve filed a complaint on complain.biz . And as easy as it is for them to resolve this issue , I believe I just lost 500$… during a time like this… it’s the worst
Suggested solution:
They can just refund the money and close that account so it doesn’t happen to anyone else. But I’m sure they don’t care...
