My complaint:
My account was closed with funds remaining and cashapp will not transfer to my bank account linked to the cashapp account. I completed the verification and still they refused. I offered to provide whatever documentation required. My funds is still in the closed account and cashapp refused to offered the support to resolve this issue
Suggested solution:
Transfer my money to the bank account which is linked to the cashapp account or to my new cashapp account
