Complaint: Said they sent me a code and they didn’t, then told me I had to wait

My complaint:

I gave them the clearance fee of 100$ to receive my payment of 5,000. They said had to add more space to my account for the money. Then said they sent me a code to send to them on my email, to approve. I didn’t get a code. And they told me I have to wait. And I haven’t heard from them sense. Very poor, shitty customer service. I am so frustrated. I need my money. And I feel like they are just fucking with me and holding onto it.

That wasn’t Cash App’s customer service representatives that you were emailing.

Those were scammers.

If they mention a “clearance fee”, it’s a scam. No such thing…
