My complaint:
Cash app will not give me my money, over $1,400.00, I have been trying to retrieve from cash app for over 1 month now. The money was send to my old cash app account and they keep saying they will not return my money to protect my new account. Times are really hard right now and for cash app to deny me money that rightfully belongs to me is disgusting. The fact that there is no customer service team to reach out to is unprofessional and so is the fact that they accepted this money from my bank, just to steal it. They need to be put out of business, and I would never refer cash app to anyone nor use it for business transactions ever again!!
Suggested solution:
Cash app needs to give me my money back. They can issue a check, cashiers check, or return it to my banking institution Bank of America.
