My complaint:

A few weeks ago, I’ve had problems getting access to my original account due to my new phone. My old phone went out on me due to a bad screen. I got everything transferred to my new phone, but it wouldn’t let me get access so I called the company immediately. During those times, I’ve had two representatives hang up in my face for no apparent reason due to their own mistakes. I’ve had one to mess up my funds and almost caused me to get evicted, but luckily someone I knew real well lended me the money to avoid that problem. That money ended up in a fake name and account to Western Union. While two of we’re going through the processes with me, one of them was trying to force me to buy a card I didn’t necessarily need. Everything was working fine until I was forced to change my username due to his incompetence. The next one was talking over me when I kept trying to tell him that all the monies that was supposed to be rightfully put back into my account wasn’t going to get transferred back on my card because I immediately had to put in a request for a new card to match my new username. When he realized he screwed up, he blocked my number. I know that for a fact because I called from another number and it rung. I was extremely angry with both of them due to to the way I was mistreated by them, but I still kept it professional. My last resort was to call the headquarters, but another representative answered instead. He attempted to resolve my problem, but he didn’t help the matters any either. He caused my personal bank account to get locked out by him doing what he wanted to do, especially when he tried to make an attempt to go back into it after I specifically told him that card was void. I notified my bank immediately due to that situation, plus he disrespected my wish by not calling on the specified time I requested for him to call me. I also made it clear to him that before anymore procedures take place, I requested to wait until my new card comes in. No respect on that either. I was lied to by him and the other representative that my funds would be in my account. I went to go check and they weren’t in there. Two of them from Florida go by the names of David and Kevin. The one from Alabama is named Michael. Before I got unprofessional with any of these three, I blocked all their numbers for the sake of me avoiding myself from harsh words. Those three will cause the company some very low ratings if those problems are not resolved. I don’t blame the company, but employees like that seriously needs to be disciplined.

Suggested solution:

I would be eternally grateful $352.99 of my rightfully hard earned money gets put back on my new Cash App card
