Cash App complaint: Refused to Return or Transfer Money

My complaint:

TERRIBLE! Company refuses to transfer a payment to the correct person in spite of the money being sent to an account that does not exist. So the money is sitting in my account and cannot be claimed or returned. This has to be illegal.

Suggested solution:

Transfer money to the correct recipient.
