My complaint:
I had a dispute that was file against me because the person who I actually sent the money to didn’t no that when money is sent back that she needed to cashout to the money would go into her actual bank account when she realized that’s what she had to do she called her bank and canceled the dispute so the bank still took the money off my cash app card.. Then once it came to her account her bank put a hold on the funds and sent me the money back which I have not yet received I provided cash app with the trace and track number to track the transaction reversal of the refund and that chase bank investigate and stated my money is sitting on a cash App VISA CARD which cash app will not return to me
