My complaint:
I accidentally sent $500 to someone on accident, that I don’t even know. Through Cash app email communications they dont understand that I sent money to the wrong person, the transaction says pending but the money was taken out of my bank acct.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my money, because the funds were never received by this person (via picture) but the money was taken out of my account. If this account no longer exist why cant they give me back my money.
