My complaint:
I had an account set up with cash app. I had $1992 scheduled to go into my chime savings account. The day it was suppose to deposit, (after cash app said it was deposited) I closed the cash app account. The money never deposited into my account. I contacted cash app using the same email that was connected to that cash app. They are basically telling me they are not going to release my funds to me. I mailed a certified letter including my identification, ssn card, bank statement and email correspondence. I contacted cash app after verifying the certified letter was received. Cash app support is saying they cannot discuss this matter with me.
Suggested solution:
Send me a check in the amount of my missing funds, or deposit it into the savings account that was connected to that cash app.
