Cash App complaint: Refund denied by cashapp for no reason!

My complaint:

I recently had to move because my roommate who owns the house where I was renting a room at decided she didnt want me as a roommate anymore. This just so happened to be two days after I paid her $200 in rent money. As I was packing my stuff up and leaving I asked her to please log on to her cashapp and approve the refund request for the rent money I had paid her. She refused saying that she has never had to approve anyone elses refund request before and that she doesnt have to approve it and that cashapp will just give me back the money anyways. Ive tried countless times to explain to her that no she has to approve it but I think she is just trying to keep the rent money when I am not living there anymore. So I escalated the request to cashapp customer support and explained what was going on but for some unknown reason the rep denied my request. The reason they cited was COMPLETELY unrelated to the situation I am in and it is plainly obvious that they didnt even bother reading what had transpired and denied it anyways. This woman is keeping my money illegally. I need this money to pay for a very expensive hotel room that I have been forced to rent as a result of all of this.

I want my money refunded immediately to my account please. I have been more than patient.
