My complaint:

I sent a large amount of funds from my bank to my Cashapp account because I was to pay my contractors. My transfer was sent Monday of this past week. All week I waited for it to post. Friday came and still nothing so I called my bank to request the tracking number because this is what Cashapp said I needed. So I got this information to them only for them to say they are looking into. All day Saturday I was brushed off and if not that I was ignored I emailed I tweeted and all I got was a we are working on it. I mean why ask me to provide a tracking number if my funds aren’t even being tracked.
