My complaint:
I have been using cash app for paying friends and family and stocks and bitcoin I sent BCH to a cash app wallet and it was revived and accepted but never showed up on cash app I emailed my complaint and was told basically we don’t deal with BCH so it’s lost I mentioned I have the transaction receipt and they didn’t bother to look and told me once again they couldn’t do anything
Suggested solution:
First of all of cash app doesn’t deal with BCH then the transaction should be rejected and not accept it
Second they should want to see the transaction claim to see what went wrong and try to correct the system to not accept BCH
Third if cash app accepted my BCH that is fault of cash app for allowing the system to accept BCH and not be able to track it
