My complaint:

My brother died and I see he had a cashapp account. I have sent in all of the documents necessary to show I am the administrator of the estate as well as his name and debit card used on the account. They are not providing me access as I do not know the e-mail account or phone number he used to setup the account. You cannot process a transaction without the name and debit card number, but they just won’t utilize that data to get me access to my dead brother’s account.

Suggested solution:

They just need to allow someone to search on my dead brother's debit card, and stop insisting I have the right e-mailphone number or cashtag. I am suffering enough with the death of a family member, why does this need to be so difficult?
