My complaint:
The problem is when you have a problem there is no one you can speak with. I requested a refund from send the payment to the wrong person. The person sent me a request. Not sure what happened it was three request. Lost money. This was the second time. More details on how when you make error how can it be quickly rectified.
Suggested solution:
Money return and you need an actually person to speak with when a problem arises with overpayments.
