My complaint:
I accidentally tried to deposit money onto my cash app card thru navy federal atm machine. The transaction declined but I did not receive my money back. When I tried to go to the bank they told me I have to contact cash app. I been trying to contact cash app for three days now all they been responding with generic messages, none of them even trying to resolve the issue.
Suggested solution:
I need to file a dispute. They have to call bevy federal to dispute this issue
