My complaint:
My account was closed and I was told to cash out the balance but it is not allowing me to get my cash. I wrote a few emails and did not receive any help or response. I would like to cash out the balance I have on Cash app. My cash app name is $DrDrea51.
Suggested solution:
I would like for Cash app to open my account long enough for me to cash out. They can close the account after that.
