My complaint:
Unable to receive response to problem other than form letter from computer that does not address concern. No one available to answer phones at contact number provided.
Suggested solution:
1. Have a human, not a computer, read my support request, and respond to the content of the request.
2. Stop suggesting the same solution over and over
3. Have people available to answer phones
4. Provide options for receiving stolen money back
5. Get money back.
